Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicated with division leaders, department managers, and external partners to align marketing campaign objectives.

  • Tracked and documented advertising expenses for marketing and event activities.

  • Created and implemented marketing materials for social media, newsletters, website, in-store digital TV ads, outdoor signage, and print advertising.

  • Implemented paid advertising budgets across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Assisted in the coordination of company events, meetings, and community outreach initiatives.

  • Handled promotional and event supplies, placing orders as needed for replenishment.

  • Collaborated with the contracted digital marketing agency to develop an annual marketing calendar to ensure timely and strategic communication across all channels for the year 2026.

  • Managed a part-time Marketing Coordinator, delegating tasks, strategizing weekly content, and monitoring deliverables to ensure projects were completed.
